Not what he said. Said that it was more interest coming from the agent then from the Habs. He did not say that the Habs weren't interested.

I would have rather have given Weber or Carle a chance, but if Gainey/Martin feel they're not NHL ready yet, I'll trust their judgment on that.

He should help the PP though, problem is the best person at setting him up is out for 4 months.

So far no major sports network has said anything that it is confirmed.

Not even RDS, or Sportsnet and they both suck. Well, RDS says they have confirmed that the habs and MAB are talking.

Weber for now, and you can call up A Henry if needed for the next couple of weeks.

if it's 750k it's a great deal. it basically cannot hurt the team at all to try him out. I would have liked Weber with more icetime but with OB out this is kind of needed..

That's a fare point, but i am sure they can read everything that has been said about MAB over the years, right ? Why would they want him unless he is a francophone ?
