another great gdt.

I dont have a good feeling about this one. Canucks are going to treat this like a playoff game and the habs just played a roughly contested game and haven't even landed in the city yet.

I'll be there though, section 104.

Positives:
Team played well tonight, and might be able to carry that into tomorrow.
Price will be looking to shine in his hometown.

Negatives:
Vancouver coming off a 0-3 start to the season and will be very very hungry for a win. Only a matter of time before Luongo puts up a huge performance after a terrible start to the season.
Habs might be tired playing back to back against two physical teams.

Just a heads up on the Canucks' lines, they may be different.

Shirokov may be out with Raymond moving up to the 2nd line and Tanner Glass sliding into the 3rd line spot. Also, Aaron Rome may be in for Shane O'Brien.

Should be a great atmosphere at GM Place, always is when the Habs come into town.

Yes I realize that. I watched a few periods of the Canucks this season. Surprised Shirokov will be out.

Someone might want to put OB's injury in there. Out for 2 months with a knee injury.

Great GDT as always.

I'm definitely not underrating the Nucks. With their bad start, you know they are going to come out gunning for a win. This one should be a good test for us after our hard fought game against the Flames.

3-2 Habs with Price outplaying Luongo.

Given his slow start, pressure is on luongo more than any other player on either team.
we got to get a lot of traffic and shots, hope for a few cheap goals early
Then we light him up until he gets pulled

If we make it easy early, tomorrow night will be his turnaround

Well, Vancouver's coach just has a hard-on for useless players like Rypien. Just a heads up: If Shane O'Brien is playing, look to get endless scoring chances and 1090909039904 powerplays.

He looked a little lost in the last game and is probably a scratch for a game or two.

Here's hoping to see Cammy-Gomez-Gio dominate the ice once again.

Hopefully Martin won't wait 2 full periods before downgrading Pacioretty if he craps the bed once again.

Price has to play like he did in the first two games. The Canucks are a conservative team, we'll have to make sure to make all the little things simple and try not to be too fancy on transition.

I also hope Cammy's going to bury one, or even a couple. He easily could have a couple of goals by now, but opponents goalies always seem to get lucky/make a fluke save when he gets a chance. He's playing great and when he scores his 1st, expect him to start burying a lot of chances. Law of average.

Really liked that Shirokov guy. He has a good poise with the puck and slick hands.

I hope Stewart doesn't fight Rypien. Let your gash heal properly before fighting again.

I fully expect D'Agostini to be dressed tomorrow.

Pacioretty down to line #4 with D'Agostini into the #2 slot. Stewart benched.

Cammalleri - Gomez - Gionta
Kostitsyn - Plekanec - D'Agostini
Latendresse - Lapierre - Moen
Pacioretty - Chipchura - Laraque

PS. When is MAB supposed to join the club?

Funny I was coming here to write that lineup !

It's clear that Stewart shouldn'y play that one. But I don't know if Martin will already bench Chipchura or give him a second chance. I won't be surprise if Metropolit play tonight.

Agree, Stewart has to be scratched for this game, he was awful against Calgary, cost us the game with a smelly turnover at his own blue line. Is anyone actually worried that some other team will claim him if he's sent down to Hamilton?
