I can handle this, mainly because we were never in it to begin with. Losing a game at the last minute like we did with Buffalo is just nauseating.

Oilers PP! Does the NHL have no mercy? It's the ghosts of RedWings past.

I think I saw Trotz slip the Oiler's goalie a few hundred dollar bills.

Crap, maybe it's bad mojo that I've been watching. I'll leave for good now, see ya after the game.

SO I dont understand.

If we were abandoning our d scheme and making rushes at the goal or having scoring chances I would understand this score.

But we arent playing offense or defense. So what exactly is the game plan here?

IMO, it's just a bad game. Every team has them. The boys aren't playing like their usual selves. If they were playing their best, and getting whipped, I'd be upset. They're playing like crap and the score reflects that. Maybe a good roadtrip is in order. The Oilers are playing a damn good game. They deserve the W.

0-4 on the PP, that makes a huge difference and it has been that bad for how many years now?

Oh. weak. I was really hoping for something along the lines of ''jeebus we really suck out there.''

'skating past us like we are standing still.'
'Nothing is working..'
When asked for line combos to be used, he quipped 'All over the place'

Nah, I would have been putting my foot up some butts in that locker room, no time for talking.

Reminds me of Terry Crisp's story. Can't remember which coach it was, (Shero?) but when they were losing and not playing well he turned his back to the ice in disgust and said "any five guys...!" Crisp said he immediately was over the boards to grab some playing time. As he skated past the bench a bit later he heard the coach say "who sent Crisp out there!" lol
