So says Lindy Ruff on the postgame show. I expect Paille to get a chance to prove his worth.

Just was gonna post this. Upper body injury is all they are saying. I'm guessing broken wrist.

Damn. Now we will see if the system can handle this sort of talent drain.

Un****ingbelievable!!!!

I would prefer to see Ennis or Gerbe get a call-up over Paille taking over that spot.

It couldn't have happened after the goal, doesn't make any sense. Did he get slashed somewhere?

I expect Kennedy to move up to the top 6, Gaustad to replace Kennedy's spot and Mair to come in and replace Gaustad's spot. Paille doesn't fit.

Kennedy - Roy - Stafford
MacArthur - Connolly - Pominville
Hecht - Gaustad - Grier
Ellis - Mair - Kaleta

or

Id like to see them put Mac up in his spot and see if he can deliver. Unless Gerbe gets the call, or Gogulla..

He slid into the boards after the goal and put his arm out to protect himself.

Pllleeeaaassse no. If Mair isn't ready by Friday, I'd like to see Gerbe or Ennis called up as mentioned above. Maintain the bottom 6 and the Connolly line, and put a call-up with Roy and Stafford.

I think breaking up Gaustad and Kaleta will have a bigger effect on the games than Vanek's absense itself to be honest, but I don't know what other options we really have.

As long as everyone keeps working, we should be fine.
