Philadelphia

Gagne + Carcillo + Bourdon

Montreal

Andrei and Sergei Kostitsyn + Weber + Stewart + 2nd round pick '11

Montreal gets a winger who is injury prone. But can put up good numbers if healthy. He can play the 1st and 2nd line winger role. Which we need right now because we have barely no secondary scoring. Carcillo can easily fit in Sergei's shoes I believe that Carcillo is pretty good when he tries to play. Bourdon could be a helper in the future we could use. Solid Prospect.

Philadelphia gets 2 young proven scoring fowards with the kostitsyn brothers. Weber can make an impact in Philly's D now if he wanted to and could help their PP. Montreal I believe picked up that guy in Bergeron and once Markov is back I don't think Weber will be seeing much time. The pick is added so Philly can add to a solid young core of players and keep building on that. Stewart is to be in the 4th line role with size and grit the way philly plays. Use him in case of injuries as well.

Philadelphia is trying to win NOW. Keep that in mind.

Philadelphia's powerplay doesn't need help and Weber doesn't help it. We don't need Stewart. We don't need another AHL winger, and we don't need his brother, who might be able to crack our third line when the team is healthy. We could use a second round pick.

First of all, the Flyers are in the hunt for the cup and need a player like Gagne and second of all, you NEVER add players of equal values. The Habs would end up depleting their roster and talent pool to get Gagne which would wash this whole trade in the first place.

We get it, you have a bias towards french players. How about Lecavalier, St. Louis and Giroux for your 2 Kost. brothers and halak?

That package wouldn't get Gagne by himself.

Is it necessary for you to constantly post a proposal with Andrei and Sergei Kostitsyn...Nobody want this ****!

Yes, until he goes back to constantly posting Plekanec proposals.
