I heard that if Lats get trade ,Brunet will light himself on fire
But seriously, I don't believe many teams would be interested and if by chance there was one or two, we'd receive a 3rd or 4th in return or at worse "future considerations".
Since he has a hard time learning to get in front of the net, here is what I propose. It'll be much easier to train a pitbull to chase Latendresse until he stands in front of the net. Once in front, the dog will sit behind him and keep his eyes on him. Should Lats move, the dog takes a chunk out of him.
Clearly Latendresse will never be material to play on the two first line. He is a career 3rd-4th liner, but because he is French and that the Habs suck at drafting star players since years, people were sure he was a 30-40 goals guy with first line talent.
He can go now I don't care ; he shows every night what some were telling since 3 years : that guy is overrated and can't work hard.
lol at people saying he's worth a 4th rounder. He's like what, 22? Already showed flashes of a being a good goal scorer. He has been horribly misused this season and its shown. Why exactly have Lapierre and MaxPac (both who have been worse than Lats) been given opportunities on scoring lines while Lats was kept on the 3rd line?
