Both Frolov and Pleky are better defensively than that.

I've been one of Latendresse's biggest critics but if he can continue to play the way he has tonight. I like what I saw. Same goes fro Chipchura, his best game as a Hab!

Latendresse

He is still very young. Why trade him? We have to keep those who we drafted. He has the potential to score 25 goals and be an effective 3rd line player, eventually a
2nd line player. He is one of the rare Quebecers on the team. Can you imagine the reaction of media if there is 1 less Quebecer?

It wouldn't be worthwhile to try Latendresse and the kid still has a lot of potential and there's no way we should give up on him at this point. If he could gain some speed, he'd be a lot more affective.

Plus, we wouldn't get enough in return.

Too many people are too hard on Lats, he's snakebitten right now, plus he playing on more of a checking/physical line so he won't get a ton of chances. I'd still like to see him with Plekanec and Kostystyn for an extended period of time.

Well, we've had fireworks already, and the Habs even got a francophone in exchange!
