That's all I was thinking the whole time, since it was against Boston. I have a feeling Ron MacLean was thinking the same thing.

did Halak play well enough to warrant the start against the Isles? Statistically he was poor, but that doesn't tell the story. I only really saw the 3rd period, and he wasn't tested very much, so I'm assuming we picked up our game as a team.

Yup, his first flukey goal opened the flood gates. Can he score 40? We'll see how he does on the road but man he is someone we haven't had on this team in a long time.

What a wrist shot!

Kudos to our 4th line who played great tonight. Chips is looking like an NHLer and D'ag caused a lot of grief with his speed. Lats played well too.

D-turnovers a big problem, but baby steps. I love this team. Fast & Furious!

wait wait, the bigger story here:

WE WON WITHOUT MARKOV!

Feels good to have a team rally without our best player, sure feels nice!

Wow Gaborik made no efforts covering Cammalleri on that last play!

The Canadiens looked like they wanted overtime, it seemed they were just hanging on the whole 3rd period.

Higgins was invisible tonight and Gomez has been fantastic for us. I like Pyatt too. I'm with you on this. This team is much better with Gomer on it.

I guess we have to agree to disagree. He and Hamrlik are playing some serious minutes and are out against the top lines. They are doing very well.

Indeed, last one was probably Stephane Richer.

I'd start Price, if only to give him a chance to be part of the Habs' current streak. The team is starting to gel together, you want Price to be part of that and earn his team's trust.

I'm hoping everyone will stop drinking the Halak koolaid, he continues to win games because the of great defensive efforts and/or great goal support. Price will start Monday, that was gauranteed as soon as it was 3-1 Rangers in the first.

It was a tough game for Halak because there were a lot of turnovers in our zone. He gave up some bad rebounds but also made some big saves. Once it was 4-4, he was solid.

I think Price should get the start versus the Isles. I don't think Price should sit for too long. We should just rotate them and take the pressure off both.

Amazing game.

My gf and roommate made predictions before the game...I said Gomez was going to get 2 pts, and my roommate said cammy would have a great night. After his two goals I said hey man, wouldn't it be sweet if cams got a hat trick? And BAM. Loving this first line. What's even better is our other lines were rocking it too. Kirk Muller posted the youngsters were doing way better, mos def yo. Now I'm debating buying a pair of tickets for the game against the isles....Habs are getting in the groove of things!

HABS ALL DAY.

P.s I do not miss Higgins. His hair is funny.

What a great game, got a lil down when we were down 3-1 and 4-2 but wow those boys fought hard and deserved that win I love how Cammalleri has been playing and Bergeron has been good other than that weak ass back hander he threw from behind his own net.
