Chelios and Ludwig are my 1 and 2, respectively. While Langway and Leclair have had great careers to be sure, they weren't all that with the Habs. Gotta give some love to Ludwig. Man was I sorry when he left the team.

Ya....the habs haven't exactly had good luck with American prospects over the years. Hopefully Higgins, Komisarek and maybe Hainsey will change the clubs fortune around.

Isn't this the coke-bottle-glasses co-star of "Slapshot" who helped protect the immortal Guido Tenisi { ex Oshawa General } and Mr. Salad Dressing from the other teams' goons??

No, same name but different Carlson. Ours never played with toys in his hotel room.

It was my understanding that two of the Hanson's and Kent were brothers.

Chelios. I think we should get Kilger to work at the UN soon.

I thought he was the best of the three but his wife hated Quebec and he got traded to Minny (I believe) and then he became ill and his career came to an early end.

Having said that, I would rather have had Rod Langway than Chris Chelios on the team. I seem to remember him being born somewhere funky though like Taiwan or Venezuela and not the good old U.S. of A.
Nyrop was a very talented player. Great skater for this size. He came out of Notre Dame. I believe he passed away in the 80's as a result of inoperable colon cancer.

Nonetheless a great movie regardless of who was brother to whom. I still chuckle out loud when I think about the Carlson brothers and their "old time hockey"
