If this is in any which way related to last years injury, and we are treated to another in and out of the lineup all season BS, he should be bought out

You know it's 2/3's of the salary over twice the length (remaining) of the contract, right?

I saw this on CBS Fantasy Hockey. Hopefully it's just minor and he misses a game or two max.

NHL.com reports Flyers general manager Paul Holmgrem spoke on the injury to forward Danny Briere, who left practice early on Friday. "Danny Briere was diagnosed with a slight (right) groin strain," Holmgrem said. "He is listed as day-to-day.

Nancy Kerrigan made it back for the Olympics, so we'd still have Briere's cap hit coming back.

Briere has a history of bouncing back quickly from these types of inuries, so I'm not worried.

Yes, no movement clauses means he can't be traded or waived to be sent down or to be claimed by another organization.

What the **** ever. It's not like we have a chance to win anything with that d-bag for a coach and the other d-bag making awesome moves like putting a $3M player on re-entry waivers.
