Dear Flyers,

Please do not leave it up to the Phillies to make sure we can have something to feel good about tonight!

Carter would get us some 33 yo old making bank. No one would move a Rask or Rinne or something. Goalies are too unpredicatable, and good ones are too valuable.
Nabakov is a free agent after this season and I wanna see Homer do EVERYTHING in his power to get him. Cuz that is what we need most on this team. So long Gags, later Carts. I want a number 1 goalie who can win if our D doesnt play up to its capabilities.

Carter could get us some much needed top picks as well. Who knows, maybe first overall?

What makes you think the Sharks would give him up?

Proven #1 goalies (as in no one questions their status, there is no debate), teams generally don't let them go. Ever. Unless you're the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Going to the game...definitely excited.

I'm confident the Flyers can pull off a W and get a big winning streak going. Get to see an exciting Lightning team, with Stamkos, St. Louis, Lecavalier, Hedman.........Downie

We are going to have no money this offseason for any goalie who is a proven starter. If Emery does well we will not be able to afford him.

I think there is a decent chance that we actually sign Biron during the upcoming offseason.

sadly, i can see the same thing happening. how are our prospects progressing so far? is backlund making a case for himself? all i remember is that he had a disastrous pre-season.

I'm not sure it matters all that much. I mean, someone on the Phantoms is going to have a decent shot at being our backup next season since we'll have 10 million dollars to sign a crapton of players. And that is if the cap doesn't decrease.

Guys, this is a GDT. Ray Emery is not our problem.

yeah, i figured as much. boucher is signed for another year, but if he's competing with a phantom for backup position, who's starting? last thing i want is for a phantom to back up boucher.

**** this 5 o'clock ********. Had to sell my tickets because of it. Wasn't getting done work at 4:30 to go rush over to this thing, and wasn't asking to get out early to go see the Lightening. Whatever. I'll save up my excitement for tonight anyway.

Leave it to Stevens to **** up the lines after a win. Laliberte gets 2 points and they move him to the 4th line.... nice...

Nabakov is way way overrated and would be a waste of money

Our 3rd and 4th line looks HORRIBLE, but you can't expect much with 2 top wingers out. Oh well.
