If you think he was passing it to Ruutu that hard, then I don't know what to say... Like I said, time to move on...

That's exactly the move we need to make to get this thing turned around. We're a lock for the playoffs now!

That was a terrible signing from the get go. Harrison was never anything other than an AHLer and everyone with half a brain knew it(other than Mo and JR apparently). One of the kids should have been playing NHL minutes from the jump.

He is on his way to Albany, but has to pass waivers first.

Nobody is going to claim poor dude.

I'm fine with it. It's time that Brian Rodney got a chance to show what he can do again. Mobility and effective outlet passes from the blueline are some of the biggest things this team is missing. Guess what Rodney brings?

What? He's 2nd among Canes defensemen in goal scoring this season (and only 1 goal away from being tied for the lead). It's like Babchuk all over again.

I wouldn't be so sure it was Rodney coming up, to be honest. I watched the last few games that Albany has played and McBain has gotten progressively better in each of them to the point that I wouldn't mind seeing what he could do in a brief stint.

As for Harrison, I liked his game but he's too much of the same on this roster at the moment. He's a good bottom pairing soldier, I don't care what people say about him. He's just redundant with Alberts, Ward, and Wallin all playing the same style.

Wow, where will play Harrison in Albany? With McBain, Bellemore, Olson, Fitgerald, Paiement, Carson and Rodney? I know he's solid guy, good teammate but....

Well, seeing as he's just as good as anyone on that list I'm sure they'll find a spot for him. He's not a bad defenseman, we just don't need more of what he brings on our roster right now but Albany could sure use him.

I've still got no problem with the Harrison signing because we gave him a two way contract. This is exactly why we did it.

I don't disagree with a single thing you just said. I just think McBain is better served in terms of development with #1 defenseman icetime in the AHL for the rest of this season, while Rodney has nothing left to prove in the AHL and would be better served as a #6 here.
