We still have too many duds on this team to do any damage. Once those players are gone things might look better.

Actually its 5 goals on 30 shots, but take it as you want. Stats don't tell the story of the game.

This is true. The game wouldn't have been so close if it were for Gill.

Subban can't be worse than Bergy, I agree. I say we call him up, even if its just to give him a taste.

This Price bashing has got to stop. He let in one questionable goal today.

Is Price losing battles in the corner, and unable to clear the puck out of the Defensive zone?
Is Price turning the puck over?
Is Price the reason we have a **** PP.
Is Price taking bad penalties at bad times?

I hear Price shot JFK...

Here's the deal. MAB cannot play defense. Bottom line is he is terrible defensively and no one can deny that. If the Habs feel that they need his shot for the powerplay, then play him on the 4th line instead of Stewart. This experiment needs to end. Every game he makes a bunch of bonehead moves, often leading to a goal. No more.

As for offense - I want to see Gomez/Gio/Kost; Pleks/Cammy/?

Plain and simple:

3 goals against due to D coverage breakdown. Guy in slot/crease wide open to bang it in while hab players around him picking their noses.

It's 50% the D and 50% Price...is that fair with you.

And out magnificent penalty kill will literally kill us this year, it's brutal.

Every player on the team should personally apologize to Price for the travesty we just watched tonight.

The Habs offense scores 4 and the defense plays like a$$...

I don't think I have ever seen so many defensive breakdowns by one team ever as I did tonight...That was tough to watch...

Team with Halak plays completely differently with Price.

We suck with price in net.

Loving the offensive depth we showed today, and loved every time the top line had the puck.

But I don't think there's anything we can do with the defense we're icing right now.

I have a worrying question. Has any other team in the league had such an easy schedule thus far? Leafs twice, Isles twice, Thrashers twice.

The only "good" teams we've beaten are the Sabres once and the Rangers once.

It seems to me like Martin doesn't have the system that goes along with the fast players that we have. They seem completly disorganised and can't seem to be able to play defensive hockey.

Price wasn't that great but what killed us and has been pretty much since the start of the season is the D. I haven't seen this many turnovers in a long time , it's absolutely pathetic. The forwards have been OK even if we lack secondary scoring but the D just stinks.

Bob , JM or whoever need to fix it ASAP. I don't know how but it's their job to figure it out. As i said in the GDT , Markov and OB should help but the damage could be irreversible by then.
