They were a hurt team tonight, but man they fought hard and played a decent game despite some mistakes and some luck going both ways. It was a good game by the Pens and they played strong.

Let's use this as fuel and push on this point streak! If our boys keep working this hard, we are going to have some postseason hockey for once I will definitely be looking into plane tickets and some rafters seats if we do. I love this team! GO KINGS!

I think they are photoshopped. It was posted on lgk a few years ago. The way he is playing this year he deserves for someone to do them for real.

Nashville will be a big game, we can't have a letdown or be looking ahead to the Nationally televised game against Chicago.

Every game is important but Anaheim won 4-0 against them. I'm not too worried.

I Love that we won this game while playing stupid hockey for a cool 25 minutes. Usually when we have trouble passing we lose. Tonight we found a way even with some retarded passing. Stoll's best game of the season thus far. He needs to continue that. Glad Brown and Fro decided to start playing in the third!

The Pens played a hard game. and where hurt, but we did just what you do to a hurt team and that's beat them up.

Fleury stood on his head for the first 40 minutes but the Kings never got down they kept peppering him with shots till "the flower" broke. (seriously, that is a weak nickname ) Quick played a great game. Kept us in it. Kopitar is proving to be that sniper we've been looking for. What else is there to say... I LOOOOVE LA!!

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

Well no its not because I saw it with my own eyes.

Quick was huge when he needed to be.
The FIRST line was THE SHUT DOWN LINE tonight.
Kopitar and Smyth and toa lesser extent Williams were on a mission tonight -- Mission Accomplished.

The boys worked through a sloppy first period, turned it up in the second, without the reward, and fired all the jets in the third when the hard work paid off in spades.

I am really liking how quietly well 44Double-dee is playing, and Scuds on the PK was in DENIAL Mode.

I honestly can't remember leaving a KING Game this fired up in a long time.

We are THE KINGS. We are for Real. BELIEVE.

Really?? Everyone might bash me after the third period he had/and us winning but I thought Stoll was brutal in the first 2 periods. Infact I was saying how this team is never gonna move foward (to the playoffs....I feel like its still to soon to say that)till it gets a real 2nd line center. ???

– Anze Kopitar scored his 12th and 13th goals of the season, in his 16th game. Last season, Kopitar scored his 13th goal in his 50th game.

Frolov and Williams better get the credit they deserve tonight!

Williams was the one who unleashed Kopitar on that first goal....and Stoll's goal was all Frolov, really.

Stoll was his usual self this season in the first two periods and that's not very good. He redeemed himself with the 3rd period for the game (finishing off Brown's brilliant play/pass and the pass to Brown from the slot instead of shooting it) but he still needs to pick it up big time this year.

Anyone else in denial about the impact of getting Kopitar talented wingers to bring his game forward?

I'll give you that he was a moron in the first period. He seemed to have a magnet on him, constantly drawing him too close to Parse and Brown. But he was feisty and hitting in the second and his third was insane. Money on face-off's all game, first game this season where he won all his draws CLEAN. His most physical game of the season and he is at his best when he is throwing his full weight around on the boards.

Some of you need to look at more plays than just the goals.

Frolov was mostly *mediocre* except for 2 shifts. Same for Brown.

What a game to see live. I told my friend at the end of the 2nd that the Kings were going to win 5-2... no joke. He could NOT believe it.

Staples was rockin' tonight!
