New Lines at Practice

http://rds.ca/canadien/chroniques/285792.html

Kostitsyn-Gomez-Gionta
Cammalleri-Plekanec-Lapierre
Pacioretty-Metropolit-Moen
Latendresse-Pyatt-White

Hamrlik-Spacek
Gorges-Carle
Leach-Bergeron

Mara = Not on the ice ATM

Nice to see Andrei being rewarded, guess the coach saw what we saw.

Hope Kostitsyn will continue to work hard. Martin is maybe on to something with Andrei...

There is a link to rds.ca

And why isn't White on line 2 instead? He looked great last night alongside Plek and he surely couldn't be worse than that bum Lapierre.

After seeing White play last night, I'd rather have him on the 2nd line then Lapierre.

That 3rd pairing is worrying me... Mara not being on ice is bad

And I suppose JM spoke to Lapierre, or at least I hope so, cause aside from skating everywhere like a headless chicken would do, he's doing squat on ice...

And IMO Lats should be scratched, he looks lost on the ice, doesn't hit, doesn't play aggressively... play Chip on the wing instead, at least he play with an edge...

I'm not happy with it either, but it's either him,Latendresse/White/Pyatt. Out of those 4 IMO Lapierre is the best choice.

I didn't include Pacioretty-Metropolit-Moen as I love the way they are playing and don't want to see that line broken up.

Yeah that looks like a solid 3rd line. Still I think Pacioretty is more of a 2nd liner than Lapierre, and should take his spot on the 2nd line.

Kostitsyn - Gomez - Gionta
Pacioretty - Plekanec - Cammalleri (he plays RW too, right?)
Pyatt - Metropolit - Moen
Latendresse - Lapierre - White

I think for the better of the team that line has to be broken up. Pyatt can get promoted and play between Max and Moener, while Metro can finally get the call in the top 6.

A Kostitsyn - Gomer - Gio
Cammalleri-Plekanec-Metropolit
MaxPac - Pyatt - Moen
Fatty - Pretty Boy - Ryan White ()

Sounds fine to me!

We have Leach here now too. From what I hear he was solid in the A, maybe that will translate to the big game?

Official lines you heard somewhere, or a wish ?

That 3rd pairing would be wayyyy better than the ones practicing right now...

When is Gainey going to make a trade. I know theyre rare this time of the year but we really need to shore up that 2nd line. It's killing us as bad as of injured d corp.

A big body on the 2nd would make a huge difference imo and we don't seem to have one in our organization right now.

At this point I don't see who would be available and what we'd have to give up without getting worse/status quo'ing.

Well it's the GM's job to keep his ear to the ground and see what's available. They know who's available and with the amount of scouting being reported by a bunch of teams, I'm sure it'll start happening sooner then later.

don't think we need a trade for a top 6 when Skost is in the ahl waiting for a call. drama aside he's a solid player if his mind is into it, much better than any of our options right now at least.

if cammalleri goes on the pleckanec line, doesn't it become the first line
plecks plus cammy - 28 pts
gionta-gomer -22pts..

or at this point who cares? its 1a and 1b it's more of a useless question
