Another one of those great signings, chalk it up there with Rissmiller and Voros.

Apparently the suspension is because Arnason has signed a professional contract to play in Europe.

well it at least means one less vet in hartford, which would open up a spot for either 1. Rissmiller to return (don't want that) or 2. a guy to come up from the echl (Zaborsky)---which would be preferred

Here's my question:

What drugs are the reps from this European club on that made them look at Arnason and say: "Oh yeah. That's the one we want."

Geez, talk about a guy that flushed his career down the toilet after some initial promise. Whatever.

Arnason, a ninth-year pro who contributed three assists in 11 games with the Wolf Pack, has left the team after agreeing to a contract with a team in Europe.

Artem Anisimov.

With him leaving, Hartford was going to be in a world of hurt...needed someone to help out there...at least that was my rationale for the move.

Good riddance to Arnason. So glad this team got rid of both their old bums.

Zaborsky why did you have to be so stupid and leave?

No kidding. This is, what, three times by now he would have been called up?

great, leaves a spot open in Hartford for Voros now, wooooooo........something about the age restrictions in the AHL, is that not why Rissmiller was loaned to Grand Rapids to make room for Dandenault?

Tyler Arnason was there for Grachev's development. Ken Gernander would sit on the bench with him and point to the ice saying, "see that guy over there named Arnason? You can either work hard at this level and become a star in the NHL, or you can **** around and end up like he did."

Poor timing on his part. With the recent injuries, he might have gotten a chance to play

Well, he's a total jerk-off, so that's one of the main reasons.

He's not a good person and, frankly, I'm glad he's off the team to not influence our young players.
