Acting Captains?

The Leafs seem to have a lot of pre-game ceremonies this season.

Does anyone have a list of the "acting captains" who have taken the ceremonial face-offs?

90's Night - I'm pretty sure it was Mitchell.
80's Night (tonight) - Stajan

I recall Wallin taking one too, and I'm pretty sure it was a Saturday night game?

It seems like there's been a lot more ceremonies than that though, so I'm sure I'm missing some guys/nights. It's always a little sad when I hear them announce who's taking the ceremonial face-off because it's so blatantly clear that there really isn't a clear captain.

As for letters, I guess Kaberle, Komisarek, and Beauchemin have been wearing "A"s for all/most of the season. I don't think anyone else has worn one. Not sure if they're planning to move Komi's while he's out.

I think they've just been giving the face-offs to the so called first line centre.

I'm sure I've seen Kaberle do it at least once. I remember thinking it was weird to see a defenceman taking a faceoff.

not this year you haven't.

but its not a real face off, so who cares who takes it. if the captain of the other team is a D, he takes it. HOW WEIRD

ahh, makes sense. I thought it was a bit weird I couldn't recall any of the "A"s taking them.

Lidstrom? And every other defenseman captain, the Wings come to mind though.
