I'm all for calling up Desharnais, he really impressed me in camp. This guys just might be the next Martin St-Louis, who knows.

Am I the only one to think that Desharnais is looking very much like Derek Roy? Similar style, size, hell even similar face.

I do think we're gonna call him up, but after we get destroyed by the Caps

... Some people won't like the comparison, but he reminds me of Grabovski in many ways.

This guy could be the next Michael Ryder seriously. Ryder was a good player in the Q with Hull, Desharnais was a good player in the Q with the Sag's. Both of them when trough the ECHL system and made the AHL the year after. They are not the same hight and weight but put up some similar points. WHY NOT GIVE the guy a chance. We need a something, he might be it or maybe even Sergei, but BG needs to pick up that phone.

Yeah, a 5'6" guy to replace a 5'7" guy, that's not like we are getting significantly smaller. Anyway, we need goals and points, i.e. the hottest player with the Bulldogs.

Lord knows we could use a guy with some offensive creativity. I'm all for giving Desharnais a shot.

Desharnais just came back from injury. I prefer him over Pacioretty on the 2nd line. He sees the play well and can make play when he has the puck. He is also a hard worker. Pacioretty is a faster skater and hits better. But he looks lost when he has the puck. The only thing he did is dump and chase

God, where do this stupid love for Sergei come from? He played like **** last year, shat in our face this year, not playing so well and we want to recall him at the expense of a guy that has 6 points in 5 games coming back from an injury. And to the guy saying he reminds him of Grabovski... even if he would, at least he's not a fricking headcase, like Sergei and Grabovski are.

Sergei has nothing on Desharnais (except a couple inches ). I think Desharnais could bring a lot more offensive creativity to this team than Sergei.
