This guy sucks. He is the Blackhawks version of Dewayne Wise. He doesn't bring anything of value to the table

Why not call up Brophey and give him a look?

I like Brophey. Had a pretty bad rookie season but rebounded nicely last year. Those who saw him at camp say he moves well and has good size.

Its basically between him and Fraser though as 4th line center and Fraser has the edge only because of actual game experience.

As far as wingers, Dowell because of experience. Then Skille and possibly Aliu but Id be careful with Aliu and not rush him. Problem is physically, hes no match for the A either.

Let Dowell take his place. At least he can play some defense.

c'mon - Wise could steal a base and he made the nice catch to preserve Buhrle's perfect game.

Ebbet is out of his league. He may have skills but he gets moved off the puck like a leaf blows in the wind. I gotta think there is someone else in the Hawks organization that can contribute more than Ebbet does. I don't recall him winning any faceoffs either. Give Dowell a shot until Toews gets back and pull the plug on Ebbet.

Yep he was hitting like .190 or so and was our starting CF for about a 1/3 of year

Ended year with a .225 avg and just sucked!

He looked useless to me. He curls to the half boards and gets knocked off the puck every single ****ing time. Today, he curls to the half boards and the opposing d-man falls down so he gets to make a little play.

I am sure me and Massive wouldn't have painted ourselves into a corner like Tallon (Dont give me the Mcdonaugh conspiracy as Tallon didn't have any problem taking credit for the moves when they looked like they were working)

I'd much rather have the last guy who wore 15.

Just because I say he's useless doesn't mean I think it was a bad move picking him up. He's better than pretty much all of the alternatives (except Foppa ).

He's a pretty capable player, I liked what I saw from him last year. I just wish that he would play like that and actually do something.

Also, if they hire me as GM, I already have the perfect candidate for my assistant. His former team went to the Western Conference Finals last year, I'm sure he'd be great for the job. Sorry BWC.

Are you saying you would bring Tallon on as your #2 ahead of me?

Well I would bring back Mike Smith to be head of Russian scouting!

This move shows they're throwing their hats in the Taylor Hall sweepstakes.
