This stat is a bit misleading. Listing goals against:
9 x 1 game
6 x 4 games
4 x 2 in reg, 1 in OTW, 2 in SOL
3 x 2 in reg, 1 in SOL
2 x 1 in reg, 2 in SOW
1 x 4
0 x 1

Either the defense plays pretty well, or they completely suck.

Seems like Mason (and the team) have tightened up pretty well since the beat down by Detroit.

Tyutin has been a bit of a slow starter this year, but he seems to be picking it up lately.

CBJ record vs the East this season: 3-0-1
CBJ record vs the East last season: 13-3-2

Man, do we wish we were in the East.

Well they looked pretty damn good against the Panthers... Had plenty of scoring-chances, but without results. That was the only line that had a consistent forecheck as well.

Actually, I do as well. I love watching the Jackets play. Definitely my favorite team in the Western Conference.

I thought the last 2nd line Torts used, Higgins, Anisimov & Parenteau actually had a really good game against the Panthers though they came up empty.

Crap. Meant to type Avery, Anisimov & Parenteau.

Avery was on AA's line... not Higgins. Higg centered Callahan and Brashear/Lisin in that game.

Eh, who cares? It's not like they were scoring anyways.

Maybe he'll be more useful at left wing on the top line.

Who's turn is it on the calendar to blame tonight if we lose?

Let's blame Renney. His number hasn't come up in a while.

Sure, minus the start when we could have easily went down by 2 or 3 in the first 10 minutes

Gaborik. Using 94nows logic, he should be scoring 4 points a game or he's bottom half of the best scorers in the league

Over/under on how many more consecutive seasons this team will constantly need to change it's lines due to a lack of chemistry and scoring?

Oh, and Bluenote, I don't think "logic" and "94now" should ever appear in the same sentence.

Except they're consistently winning games, and are 6-1-3 in their last 10.

If Rozsival touches ice matched up against Rick Nash I'll be on the fire Tortorella band wagon (remember we're home, we get last change)

Match Staal with Nash.

I'm feeling a 3-1 loss tonight. Nash scores two, because Roszival will be out . Prospal for the Rangers.

Let's Go

So pissed at this team.

If they had gone a straight .500 record after the 7-1 start they'd be 14-8 or thereabouts and right there with the top of the division around 28 points. What a waste of a great start.

Just ****ing win a game already.

End this **** now. Points in only 5 of the last 14 games. If they lose, how about just trying to get a point out of tonight?

Nash on Rozy would be a nightmare, but so is Gaborik on almost any defender that the jackets have. There are lots of minuses on their stat sheet.

Like all of the past few games, if we have even average production from the secondary scorers we can win this game.
