They were outshot because as mentioned they were outsthot 5-0 in the first five minutes.

The rest of the first and the second the Oilers outplayed the Coyotes.

Quinn basically said the same thing as well. As we all know he is brutally honest and he actually said he was happy with the first two periods.

I like the "glass is half full" attitude. Another way of saying it would be that we were dominated for 25/60 minutes.

No that would be the half empty approach. The glass half full, would be that the Oilers dominated for 35/60 minutes and won 4-0.
