You know it's funny, after I posted that I went and checked out his stats and it looks like he is just having a brutal start to the season.

He did have a great game on Wednesday though, but I guess that's why you need to see players play more than once to form a strong opinion of them. I hope for him he turns it around, he's great to watch when he is on.

Lucic out of the Bruins line up again for 4 weeks with a high ankle sprain...Both the Habs and Bruins are having lousy luck with injuries to top players this year..

To all those who think only Price gets unlucky bounces, you should check out the second Philly goal today, (Coburn?) with only seconds left in the period hahaha.

Poor Gui. The Minny announcers are gonna have to hear him say his own name a few times before they get it right, I suspect.

Gay-ohme, from what I remember, isn't how it should be pronounced.

Edit: for anyone wondering, 23 seconds for him to check the boards.

A little uninvolved. Looked a bit slow early but got his feet going a bit more in the last couple of shifts. His line has had some okay shifts, they are regularly out there, looks like Gui is figuring out his linemates tendancies. He hasn't seen the puck much yet though.

Who's he playing with? Any PP time?

Playing with Brodziak and Clutterbuck, pretty sure he didn't get any of the limited PP time, could be wrong though.

He wasn't too involved with the play in the 1st period. He only touched the puck once that I can remember. Still, we have to give him time as he needs to adjust to his new teammates.

So in short, he was irrelevant in the 1st but looked a little better as the period went on.

Completely OT... Tiger Woods, smokes a fire hydrant then a tree in his SUV, was in serious condition, now released from hospital I think. Not alcohol related supposedly.

I can't ****ing believe the god damn Flyers are going to lose once more at home to the Sabres. Thanks for nothing, you orange meatheads.

The Wild color guy called Guillaume a "big fella".

Somewhere, Benoit Brunet is smiling, knowing that his "gros bonhomme" is getting love in Minny.

Seriously. That game is driving me nuts. Good dose of Carcillo early on though, for entertainment. And man, Rivet really sucks at fighting... and skating/stopping it would seem. Ouch.

Both the Flyers and Sabres are weird teams and hard to predict but the Flyers are coming back from that Western trip so...

Connolly with 4 pts

Great now the Pens take the lead 2-1 on the Isles

If pens win against NYI , how does that affect us?

Well yes it's not the end of the world since they will make the playoffs and we most probably not catch them up but I have the Isles in my mise o jeu ticket

Very little. But both Pennsylvania teams winning would slightly improve Montreal's statistical chances at the playoffs. For whatever that's worth. It's a fraction of 1% I believe... Coupled with Carolina and Toronto wins it might have added up, I guess.
