May have something to do with the fact that its thanksgiving weekend in the states and the travel may be too difficult to get somebody from Manchester to Vancouver..

May have something to do with the IR as well?

Schenn can be recalled because he WASN'T signed to entry level deal. On a one-game ATO. Eberle is signed and subject to rules

You seem to be the only one crying out about some sort of conspiracy, sure it could be more consistent. But the boys in the NHL aren't conspiring to screw the Oilers in every single way like you seem to be suggesting, let it go.

And yet they still managed to ice a full lineup, odd how emergencies work.

Hemsky played that game despite the flu and Comrie couldn't finish the game because he was ill. Players played that game with the flu.

The kid looks to have NHL strength already, not the fleetest of foot, not bad outing in the 1st IMO.

Apparently the flu is not a valid injury.

the wording in the CBA and common sense kind of poops on the conspiracy anyways.

I personally feel that Eberle should finish the year in the WHL, and then AHL (once the season is over).

I don't want to see him in an Oilers uniform this year.

I'm really glad that they didn't rush this kid, I think it's going to pay off big time next year. (No doubt in my mind he makes the team out of camp)

You can't make an emergency callout like this when you have an AHL team!! The only reason the Kings were able to call Schenn is because their AHL affliate was on the other side of the continent and they had no other choice.

Besides, look what happened to Luke Schenn for being rushed.

He Sucks!

Btw, Brayden Schenn looked slower than Luke Schenn.

You will all see Eberle if you watch the last 14 regular season Springfield Falcons games and then when they make it into the AHL playoffs, just as he played for them last season less the playoffs.
