I like him a lot to, I wouldn't mind that, actually I think he is currently playing in the ECHL avergaing about a point per game, so he has some offencive skills and works hard and plays physical, he was one of the ones I had hoped the Habs would take. I also like Jacob who I thought I heard them say only started playing when he was 17 and Periard is a pretty gritty player but I wouldn't be as willing to give him a shot as I would like to see Dickenson and Jacob.

He was a little b*tch in Junior A, I remember his attitude.. not wanting to play for specific teams, etc if i remember correctly.

Yeah that's true but in all fairness it was the Mississagua Ice Dogs back when they were brutal and no one wanted to play for them, they continusly got the 1st overall picks in the OHL draft and 3 out of 4 of them demaned a trade, Dickenson being one along with Jason Spezza and Patick Jarret, the only one who has actually stayed has been Patrick O'Sullivan.

As for Dickenson, I thought he looked good on the show but Dickenson was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers during his draft year and never signed most likely because of the fact that he does have talent but could never put it all together, he never dominated in junior at all, his best year was as a 19 year old with a 53 point season and as a 20 year old, a time when most 20 year old players dominate he only had 47 points. He was a consisent 40+ point scorer in junior but a lot more was expected and he never met those expectations. I can see why he was passed over.

Ya I found it odd that he scored 46 points in his rookie year in the OHL, and 47 points in the OHL as a 20 year old. Talk about not developing your offensive side of the game.

I can't see an NHL team showing too much interest mind you. I mean the guy couldn't stick with San Antonio of the AHL, so....

In a way, Dickenson was one of the guys who already "made the cut" since Keenan gave him a chance with San Antonio. So I'm not too worried or sympathetic for him (even though he was definitely top-6 material based on his play on the ice). I think he looks like a completely different player than the guy I used to watch in the OHL, but probably with some teams his rep will always stick with him.

Anyway, if we have a scHab team next year, we can always invite several of the passed-over guys to camp.

Now if only keenan invites Todd Harkins to camp... I'd pay to watch that

those guys are 3rd (VERY generous), 4th liner or 7th 8th defenseman at best , we don't need them.

useless tv show ... A World "making the cut" would have been awesome, but I know it will not happen , too big of a project to do , but would have been freaking nice
