I've been hearing talks about the WHL again. So far what I've heard is that it would be a bust in any situation because at the present Europe is more appealing to the players.
Actually, it's the EHL (Exhibition Hockey League). It's a 5 on 5, 12 team exhibition league with proceeds going to charity. They will not compete with the NHL and fold as soon as the lockout is resolved.
