I was just curious, bc when I went to do a Canucks photoshop I didn't have a lot of ideas, but that dude was one of the first things to come up in a Google search. I'd never heard or seen of it, but then I looked up the wikipedia entry, and it seemed like he was pretty big....there was even talk about a movie being made soon.

So, is Captain Canuck the Batman/Spiderman of Canada, or were you looking at that comic strip wondering what the hell it was?
Yeah, the comic you posted doesn't have any relevance really. The Batman/Spiderman of Canada are Batman/Spiderman.

When a Canuck fan talks about "Captain Canuck", they usually mean this man:

He's superhero to our hearts.

Boucher starting?...hmmmm.

Bills-Jets and Leafs-Jackets...odds are slim that I'll be getting the Flyers game at the local pub.

GO FLYERS GO!!!

I'll miss the game tonight. Going to see Bob *** Saget at the Keswick Theatre.

The letter F following by an apostrophe followed by a lowercase N is filtered?

**** that. Someone needs to get shot in the ****ing face around here... This website is owned by Crave and Crave has very mild filtering. No reason why the site just shouldn't adopt that. For ****'s sake.

And even a ****ing retarded god damned retard confined to a mother****ing wheelchair and a life of ******** it's pants day in and day out can figure out what the **** is behind a series of damn asterisks. Jesus Masturbating Christ....

Surprisingly, sports bars in this town blow.
For the amount I spend on draft I might as well just get Centre Ice...but where's the fun in that?

Enjoy the game all.

CSN Philly says the lines are:

James van Riemsdyk-Mike Richards-Mika Pyorala
Scott Hartnell-Jeff Carter-Danny “Bruiser” Briere
Dan Carcillo-Claude Giroux-Arron Asham
Andreas Nodl-Jon Kalinski-Ian “Mumbles” Laperriere.

Wth?

Honestly, when the team plays **** like they do now I'm not sure what to think. On one hand, it's a wake-up call to the team and inches Homer to the realization that Stevens sucks ***. On the other hand, we're losing and playing like ****.

Sometimes you just have to laugh it off though which is what I'll be doing if we lose tonight.

Pronger, Laperriere and Carcillo have long histories with the Canucks.

I think we're gonna get beat in this one too. Western conference makes me uneasy.

Oh cool - I just switched over to Centre Ice and they're showing the Canucks pre-game show from the Wachovia.

I think the idea behind it is that Giroux plays better at center (which he does) BUT I do think we will see line changes midgame like we always do. You will see Giroux out there with Richards at times.

It's ok though, it's just a Western team.

You'll need sopcast and IE. Great streams usually from ND.
