Positives about the Lockout (as an LA fan)

Positives about the Lockout (as an LA fan)

Not having NHL hockey sucks. Let's get that out of the way. But, as Kings fans, we may have more to be happy about than a lot of other teams:

1. Monarchs kicking arse in the AHL
2. By the time NHL does come back, we can see older and (hopefully) better versions of Brown, Frolov, Gleason, Grebs, etc.
3. Maybe when the league resumes guys like Tukonen and Karlsson will be ready to cross the ocean and we can see them in Kings' purple.
4. This gives us a break from that damn injury bug!
5. Other teams like Detroit (no offence Wings' fans ) are getting older...and slower...as we speak
6. More recovery time for Allison and Deader...if they ever can be Kings again

So that's not so bad if you think about it. We may benefit from the lockout more than a lot of other teams.
IMO Tampa is getting ripped off the most!

I have an extra 3 g's in my pocket from not spening money on tix, hot dogs and beer.
