I hope not, and granted it's 50/50...the Islanders have a nice team and Roloson is hot. Look at the Flyers, and we're not hot, and still getting things organized with Lavio. Add those two things up, and I stay away from this game.
Especially since the odds will not be favorable to begin with.
Well, the Caps and Habs are two tough teams for Lavy to start out with, especially with a team in shambles. Not throwing out the Islanders, they're a decent team and much improved since last year, but this should be a good way for the Flyers to try and get back into the groove of things and along with the style of play expected with Lavy.

New York Islanders defenceman Brendan Witt was hit by a car in Philadelphia on Tuesday, according to Newsday. But Witt reportedly picked himself up off the road and, after a few profanities, assured everyone he was all right before continuing on his way, prompting one witness to say, "it was like seeing Clint Eastwood, but in hockey."
Witt was crossing Arch street to get a cup of coffee when a gold Yukon truck made an illegal turn and hit the 34-year-old. Newsday says Witt tried to jump on the hood of the vehicle before being thrown to the ground as he was struck.
"I'm okay," Witt told the crowd as he dusted himself off, according to Newsday. "I've got to go play some hockey. I'm a hockey player. I'm okay. No big deal."

That's what I was planning on doing actually. I just didn't want to insult you guys. I'm wondering much Laviolette's system is in place so far. It only took us a game to get into Quenneville's system, but it can take longer for more complicated systems. Any insight?

Anyhow, my expectations for this gam is a similar work ethic as last night, a losw 1st, as its back to back with travel, getting better through out the game. Not expecting a win, but i dont expect to be outplayed or blown out. Looking for a tight 2-1 game either way. I expect what we saw last night offensivly. I also would like to see the defense play tighter.
