Chicago takes this one 4-1.
We go down 3-0 after the first. Score our lone goal in the second. Chicago finishes us off early in the 3rd.

And who scores the goals in the game? Mikita, Magnuson and Adam Creighton for Chicago and Bathgate, Gilbert and Dean Talafous for the Rangers?
BTW, everytime I see someone wind up for a slapshot on a shootout attempt, I think of Larmer's goal.

I went to the UC last month vs the Maple Leafs. Great energy in the crowd (they start cheering at the start of the national anthem) and even better fans.
The Madhouse on Madison just might be that tonight for the Rangers.

Huet will be in net for Chicago... That's their only weak spot, but seeing how we can't score on empty nets or on back-ups, it won't matter anyway huh?

Bingo!
5-2 Hawks. Brash with both goals in his return.

Cleanup among the remaining Rangers fans after the game (among those who didn't run away):
VIDEO
I make an appearance with Chris Drury over my shoulder about 0:58 into the clip. Also notice $ather making an entrance about 1:46.
And no, I won't watch "tonight's" game. I'm not suicidal, neither physically nor mentally.

That would be nice, if the Rangers didn't suck for two months straight

I'm sorry but my opinion of Torts has changed. Brian Boyle on the 3rd line are you kidding me! The only reason he isn't the joke around the league as the biggest bust from the 2003 draft is because we drafted Jessiman. Don't gimme how he has size, he doesn't use it, he's not tough, he doesn't hit, he belongs in Hartford. Gee Torts you had Brashear with Drury and Callahan why not try that one again
I'm sorry for letting some anger out here but when i read stuff like this it makes me wonder why I think Torts is a good coach.

Ah yes, the obligatory "fan of way superior opposing team comes to the GDT thread to tell us we have a good chance at winning" post.
95% of the time it plays out exactly as it's supposed to, though.
Let's go Gaborqvists.
