Carry the Avatar: CBJ 09-10 season avatars **FAIL**
Clearly our "Carry the Avatar" Strategy has brought doom upon our team.
Viqsi, the Queen of Avatars, hasn't been seen in weeks (a Deetroit plant?)
And who else can we blame?
The last Avatar Unity Movement that worked was the "I Believe" consensus of late last season during the push to the playoffs. That's why I have switched my avatar over to the "Ron Hainsey's Baby with a Knife I BELIEVE" avatar.
I'm 1-0 getting into the post season with this avatar, so I would suggest others switch to the I Believe variety before the season goes in the crapper.
Other avatar suggestions?
(note: I would have added this to the original Avatar Unity thread but some hot-shot new mod got all power-mad and closed it).
I changed my avatar back to my Believe one (that I created November 08) today, and now they won.
So, everyone back on the Believe Train!
Thanks for the win JFWest. It's a well known fact that you should never change your avatar after a win, unless your avatar has a special message for a special game, such as any game against the Wangs, or an upcoming game against Adam Foote.

My 'carry the beer' unity avatar had a really GOOD winning record until November. But according to Avatar Law, it's always a case of "what have you done for me lately."
Hainsey's Baby with a Knife led us to the playoffs, but if we lose tonight against "Florida" for crying out loud, FLORIDA!, --then Hainsey's Baby will never again grace these pages.
I'm definitely kickin' it Old School with my current avi (from 2005-06?). Here's hoping that the Jackets don't play like a bunch of 98 lb. weaklings tonight like they did most of that season.

And seriously, you are doing a crappy job at that too! If we wanted to put a plant into a fan base it would be Chicago. (Unless the GM for Chicago is the plant which would make sense since Chicago is going to have to get rid of one of their young forwards for cap relief.......Um.......)
