I gotta tell you though, the goal I scored would have made Sakic proud. I came down the left side, did a little spin move around the guy who was on me, made it to the very top of the face off circle and wired the puck to the top left corner. Absolute beauty. My girlfriend was in attendance, so I blew her a kiss as I skated back to the bench. Beautiful.
Where do you play?

Tonight's "physical" line scored first. (Was that a powerplay? Tootoo and Scatchard?) Awesome. Way to be, Dave Scatchard! And Klein!

Sounds (I don't have a view...) as if Legwand is more active tonight?

Lot of shots both sides that period. I like our lines. I've learned to quit complaining that the Legwand line never scores. Although Callahan claimed they were burned a couple times by Nash's line.

Keep it up Rinne.

Go Preds!

Great period, we were all over them. Didn't really like scratching cal for scatchard but it turned out good.

Now, that's a bit unfair, the plug part. But funny. I really did LOL He is playing great. Wow. Erat's shoooting percentage the last few games is incredible. But I think maybe he's missed one or two shots...

I wonder if this means that we have other players who may score if they have more talented linemates? How about Dumont on Leggy's line and let someone else claim to be doing all the defense when they never score? Or Hornqvist and the line can still play dee but probably also get some breakaway goals now and then.

Well, since I predicted 3-2 Preds, I guess there'll be no scoring in the third, sorry.

I guess I'll go out and pick up some beer then. Not saying I don't enjoy a nice hard hitting, defensive, scoreless period though.

Way to be Arnott! And Hitchcock was ticked off, even better!

I'll go for that, I've still got half a handle of old no. 7...and will be a pretty angry drunk if we don't win this one.

Edit: not that I drank the first half tonight...or am gonna finish the last half ...but if we lose I may

Well, maybe I was a bit of a jinx. 3-3

But I think it's just that the boys want to be challenged to score a couple more goals.

Complete BS non call for that goal. On the PP now, Jones has had a really strong game. Drew both our PP's tonight.

####! Wish Legwand could have sniped one.

I'm not looking forward to four skaters with one of them against us being Nash.

Let's go Predators!

OK Goc has had like 9 breakaways this season and scored 0. Why is he shooting! Is Trotz a gambler and using the "He's Due" excuse.

Edit: lmao, I guess he was due haha

If I was a skater I wouldn't use anything but one of those "stop" moves. Hard to handle those...

I thought Goc had a shootout goal a couple weeks back? But yeah, Trotz actually does believe that "he's due" stuff I think. Maybe not, but he strikes me as being that way.

I love it!

Preds WIN!

Great win!

I was 'kinda' seeing this guy, but he will be getting 'dumped' after tonight. I told him that I couldn't really hang out with him today because we had a game tonight and this is the rare occassion where I have to freetime to watch during finals week. He begged me to come over to his place so I gave in and I'm here now. We hung out and then when the game came on I sat down to watch it and he joined me. He huffed and puffed and expressed how much he doesn't like hockey, or any sport for that matter. He laughed at me when I showed any emotion--good or bad--towards the events in the game. It wasn't pleasant.

I'm not dating anymore guys who aren't into sports, and might extend that to men who aren't into hockey. I love this game and I'm too passionate about it to have to choose between it and a guy. Call me crazy, but I want a guy who understands what it is like to be a fan. So happy about the win. It was a crazy, fun game. Let's kick some winged butt!
