I really doubt your going to see Hiller in net tonight. You know what happened last time these 2 teams played each other. And Giguere has been outplaying Hiller by a good margin. So I think you will see Giguere in net

They probably have it as Hiller because everyone seems to think Hiller is the starter, but it is a possibility with the moronic coach the Ducks have. So I guess we will see.

Regardless of who wins....whenever we play each other, both teams bring their "A" game to the table. Should be a fun time tonight. Goodluck to you.....just not good enough to actually win it.

Woo first page. Getzlaf is gonna go ape**** tonight. I hope our boys can keep up with him. Especially Dats, Lidstrom, Howard.
I'm also hoping Perry and Ericsson renew aquaintances tonight
Ericsson needs to use this game as a springboard to playing a more solid, pissed-off brand of hockey. We need him to step it up. Get mad Big E!

Is 2/3 of our 2nd line seriously on pace for just 15 points apiece?

I hope you are right, and I agree about Big Rig stepping up the physical stuff!

not too bad so far, but still mediocre.
i don't agree with the penalties called on anaheim.
i guess that was a make up call on homer.

Reffing a joke all around, ruining what is usually a great game.

Was thinking the same thing, but the refs have done a fair job of nullifying the last two.
The Wings have been playing pretty decent hockey, but their shots...
They're either 1) at least three feet wide or, 2) harmless.

Pretty much. They need to swallow their whistles. All penalties so far have been needless.

The Ducks have won 20 out of 22 faceoffs. In the Joe. And no, that's not a typo.

That's insane. Who's the main culprit?
We need Flip back.

good play by ericsson to keep that out.
if the refs say that was a goal, i'll have to just give up on this season.

Definitely. Good stuff there. I was surprised how quickly he got his stick on that puck.
Thats Stuart, Rafalski, and Ericsson who have all saved potential goals lately.
I'm going to start calling our powerplay a powerless play. So ****ing predictable. Bad-angle shots into the goalies chest or blocked point shots.
What the hell do we have to do to get somebody to take a one-timer?
