What better place to play when you've lost 9 in a row on the road than Columbus?

It's a sure fire confidence builder, that's for sure.

So how long does this **** have to go on before Howson does something?

They reported yesterday morning that there was a voluntary skate. Seven players and two goalies showed up. I don't think that when you're playing the way that they are there should be no such thing as a voluntary skate.

Seems to be a common theme, I really do wonder if they stopped listening to Hitch. It's not a crazy idea anymore.

Especially since Hitch said they were going to practice more on off days. Even if it was after 2 in 2.

We need someone like Herb Brooks. "You guys don't want to skate during the game. You're going to skate now." Make them skate till they throw up and pass out.

Yeah, and I don't care if people think that's mean, but voluntary practices obviously aren't getting the job done, they need a practice with 23 people there for about 3-4 hours tomorrow.

I don't know if it's that as much as we just need a coach with a system that actually works and is fun to play in. But yeah a little authority aside from "get a haircut" or "get off my lawn" ******** couldn't hurt.

I wonder who he's singling out in practice now that Filatov is gone?? But with only 7 people there I guess there's not much to choose from.
