Just couldn't stand another Star Wars-themed GDT, could you, Trekkie?

Jackets lose 11-0 because we fans haven't been patient enough.

Don't you know, there's 29 other teams trying to win the Cup too?
Only patient fans know you have to wait 30 years.

Jackets win this one 6-1, Mike Blunden scores 6 times since he's on the 3rd and 4th lines

While being patient, I discovered this:

29 other teams; 30 years
29 - 30 = -1

Mike Blunden scores 6 times
6 * -1 = -6
-6 = Bizarro Hainsey

Hainsey plays for Atlanta
Atlanta is 7 letters

Blunden is on the 3rd and 4th lines
3 + 4 = 7

Toronto Conspiracy proven.

If you put those State Auto commercials together (including the one where the shopper is missing her car), how can you look at that and think, "Yes, now that's a solid commercial!"

Anyway, back to the game. Gotta think the CBJ come out with a little urgency tonight after being embarrassed on Saturday. 9500 take in the CBJ's 3 - 1 victory tonight.

This GDT is a great example of why -as a hardcore fan- I have stopped posting on HF.

But while I'm here: Jackets 5, Preds 2.
ie..."one of those games that makes you wonder what could have been."

Speaking of commercials... Could you all get the Nationwide whatever card it is, so that people and animals know who are you rooting for?

Maybe then we wouldn't have to see that commercial anymore, for the 999 999th time.

Section 203 tonight.

This is a critical game for the Jackets.

Glad you've been paying attention.

Jackets lose 3141 - 0 because we don't have Brad Richards.

Anyone who seriously thinks we have a shot at winning this game has more than a screw loose, including Hitch.

Let's see, played like crap and got beat in their own rink again. Coach rewards them with a day off, saying he will have a practice this morning. Tonight, after an hour of practice, team will be too tired to play. Solution, coach will give them tomorrow off to rest up.

You've stopped posting? I'd venture to say that over the past week, you've been one of this board's most frequent posters. Can't imagine what it will be like when you stop "stop posting."

While I'm here, 8-6 Nashville.

PETA put a preemptory stop to the pony rides - turns out ponies not so good on the ice. Been replaced by zam-pony rides.

time to pig out, pork out and freak out STH peeps, it's fan appreciation night! After the crap the teams been feeding us this past couple weeks anything different will do. Looking forward to a night of long lines, pissed off popcorn vendors and an unexpected CBJ victory 4-2. Oh, and what item have you all wanted but been too much of a cheap a** to buy? I'm goin for the glazed almonds behind sec. 204, next to the sugardale John Holmes giant hotdog stand tonight.

I'm thinking the Jackets will win this one... the house will be empty and few fans at the game will do much cheering but it's a must win for the team-unless Mason gives up 6 or more goals.
