I really, really want to just smack Shea Weber. That's THREE players he's taken out of commission with friendly fire. To make matters worse, Tootoo was actually starting to play pretty well.

So who gets the call? Thuresson? Olvecky? Mark Santorelli?

I would guess Thuresson.

Tootoo's play, after looking about as good as it ever has, had kind of taken a step back the last few games. Maybe this will give him time to think about things.

I'm beginning to think Weber is a double agent. He's racking up more casualties than the Russian mafia.

Why not just pay him to fire slap shots at the other team. Pay him per injured opposing player. *WHAM!* There goes Nash, *WHAM!* there goes Zetterberg, *WHAM!* there goes Kane.

Might just be Nashville's best way to win the division.

For the time being, no recall to be made. Belak back in

Tristan Grant did a pretty good Tootoo impersonation early this season. That would be my vote. Thuresson is too soft.

Hopefully Jones plays like he did Saturday, he drew several penalties and was just as good of a pest as Tootoo. His pestering was in front of the net though. Scatchard is also able to keep our physical aspect up, so right now we should be ok without Toots but this sucks that he has been playing the best hockey of his career.

Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau was put on waivers by the Rangers. I realize he doesn't bring the physical dynamic but he might be a decent claim considering how strapped we are for depth wingers.

Wasn't this a finalist for our season theme before we went with the I-pod knock-off instead?

I think we will see Spaling up before long.
