"Igor Radulov (Chicago Blackhawks) has left the AHL’s Norfolk Admirals, signing a two year deal with Super League’s (Russia 1) Spartak. It is unclear whether Radulov’s contract with the Moscow based club has a NHL “out” clause in case he is resigned by the Blackhawks, but it very likely. After seemingly solid couple of seasons, including five goals in seven games in the NHL late during the 2002-03 season, Radulov went pointless for the entire 16 games he hit the ice this season."

He totally flopped this year after having a crap year last year.

Oh well. It's not like he was a first rounder or something.

an article in the Hockey News sometime in the last few weeks indicated the Hawks were helping Radulov look for a deal in Europe, hoping it would help his development out

one problem that the hawks have is having too many good prospects around and not enough ice time for each

Although that may be true, it had nothing to do with Radulov's half-hearted effort and no defensive play. He's a puck wizard but absolutely brutal without the puck. His inability to get anything done this year when he had the puck made him about as valuable as I am to the Blackhawks. I just hope Vorobiev and Yaks don't follow suit.
