His position on the depth chart and other nit picks with how he plays aside, I like watching OKT play. It sucks he can't seem to shake his issues with that knee. He's having a really hard time hitting his stride From the sounds of it he's the type to hit rehab hard, hopefully he makes it back and hits his stride sometime this season.
Phantoms win on Syvret’s goal with 0.1 seconds left
Danny Syvret scored with 0.1 seconds to play in regulation today as the Adirondack Phantoms stunned the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 3-2 to sweep a weekend series at the Glens Falls Civic Center.
Jared Ross and Jon Matsumoto gave the Phantoms a pair of one-goal leads, but the Penguins answered both times. In the waning seconds, Patrick Maroon got th epuck behind the net and centered it to Syvret, who was camped at the top of the crease.
It was Syvret who scored with 1.6 seconds remaining in overtime last Sunday in Adirondack’s 3-2 victory at Springfield.

He's really pissed off, and should be left alone for a few days...but this is what he told a Norwegian reporter:
Don't think it's related to his old knee injury. At least he'll have a relaxed holiday season, also should be ready for the olympics. But I'm not so sure about his future in this league anymore.
I'm sorry to hear that. People here give you a lot of grief, but that's mostly because you seem to worship him.
It's not like he's a terrible player. He could find a roster spot somewhere in the NHL. I saw him quite a bit during camp, and he looked pretty good. He and Syvret were different ends of the same spectrum. That's why when Bartulis showed he could play so well at the NHL level, both OKT and Syvret found the bench.
