I put on about 30 pounds when I quit smoking but it really wasn't that hard to lose it again. All I did was stop snacking after 7pm and I increased my vitamin B intake.

Well, maybe not dumb, just not a very good... Weight loser.

Which doesn't bode too well for his television career as a... Weight losing analyst.

Shouldn't be all that hard. I've lost about 150 lbs since April 2008.

I still would like to lose about 10 or so more just to be as fit as I can be.

most people at his age would just say "what's the point?"

He probably realized that it is going to take 10 years to whip this team into shape, so he must want to be around.

All joking aside, good for him he does look alot trimmer then he did before so he obviously has the will power.

Congrats. I'd like to shed about 20-30lbs and after I was sick a couple months ago I realized that the biggest thing is what a guy is eating and drinking. I lost 15lbs in three weeks, once I was healthy I gained it all back in about 5 days.

Time to go on the Dustin Penner diet.
