i mentioned it earlier.... If the Team and Cristowall himself can keep this play upright... he should be a runner up for the Vezina

If that happens I think Coldplay is gonna need a new pair of pants. Maybe BWC too, but for different reasons.

If Huet wants to even sniff the Vezina, he needs to pick up that save perecentage at least 20 points. Miller is a lock to win it if he can play the way he has all season.

Considering he's got it up from .844 to .913, that's pretty damn impressive. Now he has to stay consistent, and build on that.

Miller won't stay at that level all season long, no way.

19 GP
13 W
5 L
1 O
34 GA
478 SA
444 SV
.928 SV%
1.78 GAA

2 SO
1152 MIN

If he didn't choke a the start of the season, he would be tied in fourth place with Kiprussof in sv % and 1st in the league in GAA.

He is going to finnish top 10 in those stats by the end of the season, easily.

As far as a handle for Niemi, I posted this once here and use it at Millers...

Ante up -

Going to have to find more poker chips if he keeps on throwing out the goose eggs.

He is. His point is simple. Huet started like shyte. Since he's been lights out. Much to the dismay of the anti-Huet crowd who have been foaming at the mouth for almost two full months now with their finger hovering over the enter key with their overly articulate "Huet Sucks!" post typed up and ready to roll.....

I agree with you on not taking games out...ect. The stats are what they are. Huet and Niemi have played will this year regardless of slow starts. We can dream.... can't we.... shut outs until 2010!!!!!!!!

Cristowall is perfection!!! I'm pretty sure a Canadian came up with it so it's gold!
