Got off work. So good.

Flyers winning would only complete how good this day has been.

That is the same way I go since I'm leave from the LBI area.....I would assume 295 would be perfectly fine. However, 70 can get a little sketchy. Where are you picking up 70? If it's out by Cherry Hill then you should be fine....if you pick up 70 at the 72 circle like I would, then I'd be a little more concerned.

I really hope they don't postpone it. I can't imagine they would.

Win one(many) for Gagne.

Thanks. I actually do pick up 70 right at Cherry Hill. I'm thinking the same, and the only thing I've haven't been able to figure what it would be like is once we hit the bridge and get into the city.

Where in LBI? That's where I lived before I went to law school.

I remember that Tikkanen goal like it was yesterday and I remember cursing Richter like there was no tomorrow. That was one of my favorite teams of all time. **** Lindros was good, and imagine if Crosby took that 2 hander, the stretcher would of come out. He embellished more from the Smith phantom slash.

GO FLYERS, let's get on a roll !!

This should be a good one. Both teams in the same situation, good American born coaches. Can't wait.

The Hartford game got moved to the end of the season that year, which made my hockey week last a month. We were happy with the move as we saw the Pens and Isles on the day the Flyers game was scheduled because the game on the Island was pushed back one day. (Fond memories of the Blizzard of '93).

I am very concerned that the Flyers folks expect "fans attending today's game to leave early." That's pretty much all Flyers fans have done for a month now, as third-period deficits on home ice are brutal. Hope this is the beginning of the turnaround.

Sorry, but no hockey game is worth risking your life. I freely admit I'm a complete wimp when it comes to driving in bad weather (with good reason), but when travelling is as dangerous as it looks, it simply isn't worth it.

It was written that he could be playing on the power play, too.

God dammit, I transferred my tickets to my friend and he couldn't print them out because the Flyers website blows and said it had too much traffic. What a bunch of ****!

Here's an article regarding Gagne:

http://www.courierpostonline.com/art...plate=printart

Quote:
Although he feels much better than he did at the start of the season, Gagne said it might take a few games before he is skating and shooting the way he did last season when he scored 34 goals.

And if there is a hint of caution in his voice, it's because Gagne has undergone four surgeries to repair his hip, groin and abdomen in the past four years.

Since the end of the 2005-06 season, Gagne has undergone surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right hip (2006), a double hernia (2007), a bone spur and scar tissue (May 28, 2009) and a double hernia (Nov 3).

When Gagne tweaked his groin during Team Canada's Olympic camp in August, he rested it for about two weeks but lacked his normal explosiveness and managed just one goal and four assists in nine games.

Following Gagne's most recent surgery he was told he would need 6-8 weeks of rehab before returning to game action. He hit the six-week mark Tuesday and was adamant about not returning from the injury too soon.

Gagne said a Wednesday visit to surgeon William Myers assured him his abdominal area has completely healed and other than the breaking up of scar tissue, he should not feel discomfort.

Gagne's return allowed the Flyers to return Jon Kalinski to the AHL Phantoms. Laviolette said he plans on keeping intact the second line of center Jeff Carter with wingers Scott Hartnell and Danny Briere. The third line will be comprised of Claude Giroux between James van Riemsdyk and Arron Asham, with Blair Betts centering a fourth line with Ian Laperriere and Mika Pyorala.

Smart thinking, you may not risk your life but you may damage your car and repairs will cost a lot more than a couple of hockey tickets. Take a look at this video, should we laugh or cry?

Good luck to the Flyers tonight, i got a feeling they will win. With Betts and Gagne back in the lineup they start looking like a team again
