Is that why Pronger isn't involved? Because based on talent, we all know he'd make it...right?

Nope. Therien, Coburn and Hatcher are all just better than Pronger

Flyers of the decade? Who cares?

Pronger has had a better career then all those d-men and gets no consideration because he was late to the party. Forsberg and Roenick are two of the best players to play for this team this decade, and get little consideration.

We can argue about who deserves to make this list or not, but the fact remains that at the end of he season, the cup is elsewhere. All we have is stupid lists.

Goalies:
Roman Cechmanek
Robert Esche
Martin Biron

Defense:
Chris Pronger
Eric Desjardins
Kimmo Timonen
Kim Johnsson
Derian Hatcher
Joni Pitkanen
Chris Therien

Forwards:
John LeClair-Peter Forsberg-Jeremy Roenick
Simon Gagne-Keith Primeau-Mike Knuble
Sami Kapanen-Jeff Carter-Daniel Briere
Scott Hartnell-Mike Richards-Mark Recchi

Put them all together and they add up to a epic fail list

This.

By the way, what is the criteria for the list? Players skill level when they were here or in their prime? Maybe I have a man-crush, but for a four-line team I would have included Lindros in there somewhere.

Lindros played 55 games in the 1999-2000 season. I don't think he's gonna qualify to be on the All Decade team.

No love for Boosh? He took the team just as far in 2000 as Esche in '04 and Biron in '08 (if you look at the numbers, we're going back to the conference finals in '12. Gagne only likes to go that deep in the years he gets to celebrate his birthday).
