well that's the thing. Rammstein arent about the lyrics or the music (because it's pretty bad) it's about the show they put up. these guys are ****ing fabulous at that. they really go all out.

i mean do you know of any other foreign band that can attract the crowds it does while singing in a language that no one understands? (im exaggerating, but you know what i mean)

Rammstein is one of those bands that is bigger elsewhere than the country they're from.

It's a road trip boys (we're already 6) for me. Plus i like Quebec. It's a nice place (in the summer).

edit: and saying "move on people" is pretty ****ing retarded. I still love Pink floyd and Zeppelin. If i ever got a chance to see them live, i sure as hell would.

Will they have their pyro? I heard when they put on their full-size show, they have the best pyrotechnics of any band.

And I don't believe that singing in your native language is a 'gimmick'. Sheesh.

The pyro part is sick, as are all the other parts of their show.
My girlfriend dragged me to their gig here this november. I never really liked their music, so I got myself a seat back up somewhere and it's truly impressive what they put on for a show.
I probably wouldn't spend those $100 again, but it was quite impressive.

this will be the full-on stage show.

the last few times they were here it was scaled down to accomodate the venues.

just an fyi i do believe bands like limp bizkit were flavors of the month and are massively outdated, but alot of good bands came out during that time, and just because they played on Family values all together, dosent mean they are all over the hill. Korn`s first few albums still destroy most bands albums these days and same goes for Rammstein.

It was a different era, and so were the popular bands of the 70`s and 80`s who still tour. Im sure alot of people would tell me, to get over Rush, or Sabbath, or Zeppelin, but good music stands the test of time. And no im not comparing these bands to rammstein and korn either. But there is alot alot of terrible metal albums coming out these days.

Would like to see AC/DC, Metallica or Ozzy

then if Rammstein is back I would be an happy man that was the best live performance I ever seen.
