1 game in 9 days and then they go on a road trip and play these early games. Hopefully I can get out of work early enough so I don't have to miss any.

4-2 Sharks

Marleau (2)
Pavelski
Seto

Sharks win in a close game since Stars won in the shootout in SJ ten days ago. If I remember right these teams historically do well on away ice against each other.

As always, I hope Ott gets pounded by someone.

Sharks lose 2-1 in a boring game. Blame the long delay between games.

Seto, Morrow, Richards

4-0 sharks

Heatley, Marleau, Clowe, Setoguchi

JT with 2 assists. Boyle, Marleau and Pavelski with 1 assist each.

Murray SMASH on Ott, but unfortunately kills the linesman that Ott was hiding behind.

Game goes to a shootout, tied 1-1. I'll say the Sharks win just to mix it up, final score listed as 2-1. Marleau has the lone regulation goal. As with most shootout games, this one is so dull it's nearly unwatchable. I fall asleep during the 3rd period.

The new lines keep rolling. Demers is our lucky charm again.

They switched refs. Fraser out, Watson in. Wow. Watson will be senior.

Watson is attentive to safety and does tend to swallow the whistle in the third. He is just above middle on skating. He calls moderate.

Going to be a slow game. Damn Stars!

2-1 Sharks in a snoozer. Marleau and Thornton. Neal with the lone goal for the Stars.

Hey guys, The Wall Street Journal says Dallas has 58% chance of winning the game. Sharkies: let's show em how credible they really are.

I had a very refreshing afternoon nap, and I dreamed that I missed most of the game and I barely tuned it on to see Sharks up 5-3 on some unknown team...

Sharks 5-3. Marleau, Thornton, Heatley, Pavelski, Demers / Eriksson, Richards, Modano

Our Sharks blimps are way cooler than some plain colored blimps with names of sponsors written on them.

Any ideas on why?

Would you say its because the league would rather have Watson in the game since they think he will be a better fit for the type of play expected, or is it more of a logistical thing (travel, health, etc)?

I had a dream that the Sharks won 5 - 1 with all the players I named and that I won a super Snog. But they were playing the Ducks. And that night it was officially announced that team Canada would have Thornton/Heatley/Marleau as the starting line.
