Everything looks good except for one of our players.....Souray. I'm really scared that he's not gonna come back to play at the level he could and should.
Also, why doesn't Koivu have any points??? Is he playing or is it that we can't find the detailes??
Actually you should be excited for Souray because he is now getting the chance to work on areas he needs to improve on such as speed and stamina. With the bigger rink surface he will no doubt improve in those areas and should come back faster and smarter.
Please can we give a round of applause to Jimmy Dowd, look at the stats for the old boy!!! well if you lot won't i''ll give him my own.... ... To be honest i don't know how exaclty he is playing but nevertheless its nice to see him scoring and get some points on the board....
Remember that Souray is a big NA defenseman who now has to play on a much bigger surface. I'm not surprised by his lack of offensive production; at least he did not ended up like Bryan McCabe.
Of the list, two players really stick out: Bulis (we all knew he could play offense, and damn he is proving it) and Ryder (for a guy who will never be qualified as a great skater, he's really showing what he can do).
From these stats, Bonk would be our first center, or Dowd. very surprising.
Bulis: he's our best skater, he's tall, strong, fast and young, he have all the tools except between the two eyes. He just doesn't play with enough strategy and anticipation, he also misses some confidence. I hope he will return in NHL with a boost of confidence and a bit more creativity in offence.
If his real talent shows up, it's dawn good for us.
also: Huet is not that bad, well he's gonna be only a back-up goalie so...
