I'd like to point out, I was all in for Boston and for Tampa and we won both games, 2-0, and I'll be all in against whomever we play again. It's kinda like the reverse Opus all in jinx

So since I was drinking last night during the game, and they won, do I have to continue to drink during every game?

I am just glad we found a way to win. Our newest sniper Blair Betts leading the way.
I was watching the updates at work and when TB tied it at 2 in the 2nd I really thought the Flyers were going to lose. again. Thank God they snapped out of it and played a solid 3rd period by all accounts.
Still searching for that 60 minute game, but just like the Boston game they dug down and found away to get the 2 points on the road.
Leighton and Betts leading the way. who knew.

btw how long before Betts passes Carter in goals this season

I don't care how long it will take but something I really do care is the fact, this guy is not signed long-term.

Give him a 5-year, 4 Million-Dollar contract Homer. Plz do it!

I'm not certain how much he can hear.

When you watch him in warmups, he's focusing on the opposition. He freaked out Jeff Carter's Soo Greyhounds in the OHL playoffs one year. The entire warmup, he stood at centre ice and intensely stared down to their end of the ice. He had them so screwed up, he led his team from down 3-0 to take the series.

That sounds kind of bad ass actually.

I never knew about Downie's hearing problems so I was interested and did a little digging.

Downie, 18, is deaf in his right ear. Off the ice he wears a hearing aid discretely tucked into his ear but removes it to play hockey.

I don't take a lot of notice really. That could be why I didn't notice.

It was incredibly badass. He was amazing during that series and threw Carter waaaaay off his game.
