yes 1 mistake in game 7 cost them the series .. it had nothing to do with poor play from Kiprusoff or other keys players now did it... its that kind of ignorance that give us fans a bad name

he can play up to 15 just fine.... its the 20+ minutes in a top 4 role he cant do... which is what Keenan asked from him

He definitely is not going to be asked to play top-4 minutes here. He's a #6/#7 brought in specifically for a veteran presence until Sauer returns.

Two games won't tell you everything, but it tells you something. And Eriksson looks like a good bottom-pairing guy. Two games, 11-15 minutes per, an assist and +2 in two wins. Good locker room and character guy, and Dave King loves him. Besides, ex-Flames (Lombo, Aucoin, Vandermeer in particular) seem to excel here.

I was one of few Flames fans that didn't dislike Bubba, I hope he does great down there

He has looked good so far. Just remember, Tippet is the coach. He will have a clearly defined roll and will have to play it well or sit.

Also not saying GMDM is god or anything, but the moves he has made of the last year have all seemed to work out.

Eriksson also played for Asst. Dave King in Russia and King is a HUGE fan.
