Kings lose one vz... the "wild" thoughts and gripes

They brought the away crowd into my house!!

We need to get some energy at home... Anyone else thought that crowd was dead from start to finish?

Did the crowd really have a lot to get excited about?

To add insult to injury, the SJ - Phx game just went to OT.

3 Huge Needs

- A d-man who can handle the puck and generate some kind of offense, we had Greene and Scuderi on the ice in the final minute because our only 2 decent offensive d-man were winded

- Atleast 2, probably 3 forwards. Segal is trash, just like Ivanans and Harrold, another joke that has no business in the NHL. Purcell is also not an NHL player, how the above 4 guys stuck over Scott Parse is just amazing to me...which brings me to my next point...

- A coaching change, this joke just continues to make the most ridiculous line decisions and promotions and demotions. We only unleash Doughty and Johnson when we are behind. Our PP is awful, there is no accountability at all from anyone.

Just came here to post that. Gut check time for the guys...do they want to go to the playoffs or not?

If Kopitar isn't playing hurt, he needs to be benched. Though he's skating like he's other horribly out of shape or has a busted up back.

All it takes is a couple of brain farts and you can lose a game.

I usually complain about the fans not being loud enough but tonight I wasn't. I thought it was better than the last couple games. It was an exciting game to watch (in the third) and I heard the fans.

Matthew Berry said that there were scouts from Phily, Atlanta, Toronto, and Pittsburgh @ the game.

Let the Hartnell and JJ rumors BEGIN......again.

Doubt they saw anything they like tonight outside of the Simmonds-Richardson-Parse line and Quick

This.

GG, he gets a little more invisible each game... He is the team's "leader?"

This team is still vulnerable, let's hope there's no mid-season collapse.

Lost 3 of the last 4. We play Calgary, and Minnesota again, to close out '09. Then it's Ovechkin, San Jose and Detroit. Heck, the entire month of January is going to be tough.

Should talk to Edmonton about getting Vishnovsky and Penner, they are in last place, send them some of our prospects.

Berry is a moron but Lombardi does need to make a trade. We can't wait for Williams to come back. The season is slipping away. DL has to act now.

I thought Greene and Scuderi were on at the end because Murray wasn't happy with Johnson and Doughty, not because they were winded.

Johnson was a -3 and Doughty a -1.

no they didn't but rarley did they show some energy, or emotion, bang the glass, drink some beer and expect your team to beat the wild. And get pissed when they don't...

That would be a disaster...an absolute disaster.

This team needs people to put the puck in the net, not yet another "gritty" player who is offensively challenged.

The guys that might be had via trade are definately Frolov, Ivanans because of UFA status...I would think the Kings would listen to offers for Purcell, Drewiske, Moller and some prospects outside of Schenn and Bernier.
