I agree.

But IMHO, MaxPac had that kind of performance in countless games. So that says a lot about D'Ago's season so far.

Happy we got the W,besides the 3rd period which was horrible to watch we played very well.

That Ottawa game sucks now that I think back, those 2 pts +the 2 tonight combined with the Sens lost and we would have been in front.Anyways no point looking back, another 2 huge pts tomorrow night

Hmm, Plekanec is by far our best player game in and game out...even when he's not producing. Once Markov will be back in Norris-calibre form, we'll be rocking hard.

Markov can't speak English nor French properly. The C should go to Gionta.

I think Price's career % is better against Florida than Halak....

But they have to put Price in for the Buffalo game no matter what. The first Buffalo game, Price stole that one for us and out-duelled Ryan Miller.

Agreed.

Its one thing to say win and you're in, but you don't want them to feel like if they lose one game, they will be stuck to the bench.

Goalies have strange psyches.

Also sorry to bring in some negativity...but man Spacek was brutal tonight. It was like he was using sticks cut a foot too short for him, whiffing at pucks all over the place.

Credit were credit is due : D'Agostini had an awesome game. He'll play next game for sure.

If Lapierre wasn't a center I'd sit him and have Pacioretty instead. Play with 3 centers rotating the 4th line perhaps?

I thought it was a trip but then I no longer know what constitutes a trip in this league. Seriously, every time I see a play that I think is a trip they never call it unless it's a can opener or a sticking out the leg/foot situation.

I don't know, maybe the league just got sick of all the diving, and players deliberately stepping on other players sticks to "trip" themselves (i.e. Derek Roy and Daniel Briere among others), and just told the refs not to call stick trips anymore unless there's a stick between a player's legs?

It just seems to me they rarely call trips anymore. I'm fine with the non-call because that's how they've been calling it in Habs' games this year. So many times it's gone the other way, where a Habs player gets tripped and the other team gets a break the other way.

We were due.

Nice win, not great because we sucked in the 3rd, but nice. Another 2 points in the bag, 10 points so far with another two up for grabs tomorrow.

Let's go HABS!

Yeah, I think he's one of my biggest disappointment this season (with Lappy). Boy, does this guy need glasses or what? So many whiffs on one-timers.

Nice win, but you cannot have Gill and Bergeron as a defensive pairing in 4 on 4 OT. Brutal decision that almost cost the Habs.

Laps played well tonight, had a good scoring chance and played hard.Lineup was good just Moen looks really tired out there, maybe a break for him not punishment, simply a break
