I suspect this streak will continue against Pitt. I'll be very very surprised if Anderson's Thrashers who allow it seems 4+ goals every single game, could stay in it with a top team.

JP may not be the best in the business, but he's leaps and bounds better than McConnell. I was going backflips when JP replaced him a couple of years ago and damn near jumped off a bridge when I learned that McConnell's dumb ass was back to calling Thrashers games. It seems like he forgets what he's doing sometimes and just stops calling the game. Also, when he is callign the action, he seems to get sidetracked and then be three passes behind with his calls, and he can't get player's names straight. McConnell if ****ing awful!
