Gah! I thought Legwand had there.

This has been a pretty back-and-forth second period so far. Just don't give up a cheap goal...

Honk if you're Hörnqvist! 4-0.

And on comes Dubnyk. This guy has been brutal at this level, which means we'll turn him into a superstar.

UT gets what they deserve with the way they booted Fulmer to his favorite local krispy kreme and didn't even listen to Al Davis at all

Makes me think how lucky we are to have such a great, solid rock of a coach in Trotz.

Excuse me while I think about what I just said. And get another beer. And then find the nearest trash can.

I love Trotzian Koolaid.

I truly couldn't imagine anyone else behind the bench...

I do hope though that Trotz steps aside for at least a game eventually to allow Peterson to get his rightful opportunity to go down in the books as an NHL head coach. He deserves it...

Not to go OT, but the merry-go-round of turds in coaching, and Peterson never gets a chance?Total BS.

I really don't get why the Preds can't finish games where they come out firing. I know its hard to stay focused when you jump early 4-0 in the 1st. But I really would love to see one of these games where they don't give the other team hope at some point in the 3rd.

Yea, crazy game. We dominated 2 periods and actually could have lost it. Not good at all.

Good win, lets sweep Canada west this time. Jones - O'Reilly - Dumont were money tonight. 7 points between the 3. They were on for one of the goals but only because of a bad change from previous line. Honestly Dumont should have had a 2nd goal...that didn't look like a high stick. Goc and Horny with good games as well. Back in 4th. Lets stay awhile this time.

Second half of a back-to-back. Think the guys got a little sloppy as the game wore on due to the score and their energy level dipping. No excuses, but it looked as though the team was guilty of not playing a 60 minute game and the Oilers capitalized on a few chances.

Credit the Oilers for sticking with it and really carrying play the final two periods, they've gotta figure it out at some point and there's no better time than now to do it...

I hate to start that negative trend there. Little frustration coming out of the lack of a 60 minute performance. I should be happy that they came out firing in the 1st like I wanted and they didn't wait til the 3rd to try and get a point.

I am really looking forward to Friday. Chance to get 10 of 12 points in Western Canada this season. That would be something.

Mad respect for your team from an Oiler fan. Here's hoping a long playoff run! Always been a fan of your guys' team!

Belak killing a penalty in the third, and out in the waning seconds as well.

That should be a good indicator.

Great back to back wins!!

I hate Vancouver so any win over them is great. And Edmonton games are always fun to watch!

I was hoping for no penalties the whole game, oh well.

Was Jones's goal a PPG or not? Everyone was split on whether it was or not.

We'll see. Almost every time a Predator is scheduled to be on a show he never shows up. They always have to reschedule a few days later.
